With a shop near every neighborhood, video stores have been the most convenient way to get movies for years. The next generation it seems will be getting their movies from movie downloads, avoiding any trips to the store. Below, is a sample of some of the movies you can find using movie download sites.

The Night of the Triffids: Meteor exhibit blinds everyone who watched, when transmutes experimental plants into mammoth, strolling man-eaters. This was based on John Wyndham's classic sci-fi novel. The Perfect Storm: Three different storm systems are on a collision course in the ocean 200 miles off the coast of Massachusetts. The fishing vessel the Andrea Gail is on its way back from a few weeks of fishing in the North Atlantic. They are unwittingly headed right into the middle of this monstrous storm.

Clouds Over Europe: This 1950s B-film premise is excellent. 2008-fashion through the lens of a video camcorder clutched by a man who starts out shooting a buddy's goodbye reception and then gets snared up in "recording" everything that occurs. Runs on pristine adrenaline and by no means lets up, with some excellent stuns and a daunting being. Cast includes Lizzy Caplan, Jessica Lucas, T. J. Miller, Michael Stahl-David, Mike Vogel, Odette Yustman, and Chris Mulkey. (85 minutes, 2008)

Aaron Loves Angela: New York style Romeo and Juliet located in Harlem, with black boy (Kevin) in love with Puerto Rican chick (Irene). The Mask: Mild mannered Stanley Ipkiss discovers an ancient mask. Once he puts it on he has incredible powers. This leads him to a crime spree, and a big increase in his self-confidence. When a big crime boss takes the mask from him, the town is in big trouble.

China Seas: In-executable to detest film with that cast, even if the tale-in regards to bizarre happenings and relations on Gable's Singapore confined transport is absurd. Cast includes Clark Gable, Jean Harlow, WaIlace Beery, Lewis Rock, Rosalind Russell, Dudley Digges, and Hattie McDaniel. (90 minutes, 1935)

Rocky 3: Here the Italian Stallion is skilled by Apollo Creed after being dethroned by rude Clubber Mr. T. Stallone's got a triumphing recipe, however beyond belief. Cast includes Sylvester Stallone, Talia Shire, Burt Youthful, Burgess Meredith, and Carl Waters. (99 minutes, 1982)

Cast includes Dustin Hoffman, Vanessa Redgrave, Timothy Dalton, Helen Morse, Celia Gregory, and Paul Brooke. (98 minutes, 1979)

Man in the Chair: Alcoholic down-on-his-fortune, a former office worker meets a disobedient youthful filmmaker at a blurring revival film show. They forge a kinship that leads to a joint effort which additionally revitalizes the lives of few occupants of a motion-image retirement home. Well-meaning tirade is strange at times although a fine aiding cast make it worth a look. Cast includes Christopher Plummer, Michael Angarano, Cast includes Emmet Walsh, Robert Wagner, Joshua Boyd, Tracey Walter, and Ellen Geer. (107 minutes, 2007)

Movies and MP3 files are already compressed with near maximum capacity. Repacking them would just create larger files and increase decompression time. Ripped movies are still packaged due to the large file size, but compression is disallowed and the RAR format is used only as a container. Because of this, modern playback software can easily play a release directly from the packaged files, and even stream it as the release is downloaded (if the network is fast enough).

MP3 and music video releases are an exception in that they are not packaged into a single archive like almost all other sections. These releases have content that is not further compressible without loss of quality, but also have small enough files that they can be transferred reliably without breaking them up. Since these releases rarely have large numbers of files, leaving them unpackaged is more convenient and allows for easier scripting. For example, scripts can read ID3 information from MP3s and sort releases based on those contents.
